Dr. Bennett serves as Chaplain and Professor of Preaching at Southeastern Seminary (Wake Forest) and General Chairman of Alpha Ministries of India. He holds the B.A. from Wake Forest University, the M.A. and M.Div. from Duke University, and the Th.D. from New Orleans Seminary. Dr. Bill Bennett has pastored local churches for about 50 years, ranging in membership from 85 to 8000. All these churches faced huge challenges and some serious problems, but the Lord enabled him to see victories in all of them.
After "retailing the gospel" in the local church all these years, preaching to thousands and seeing many converts, the Lord has now called and anointed him to "wholesale the gospel" through the mentoring of hundreds of young men across the globe. His call to mentor is as strong as his call was to preach.

He holds formal mentoring schools in his home for locals, and he also mentors by "remote control" - telephone, regular mail, Email, personal visits, counseling, etc. This ministry has now grown to such proportions that Dr. Bennett felt led to set up the non-profit ministry, MENTORING MEN FOR THE MASTER, INC. International.

The Wife of Dr. Bennett, Doris is also mentoring. As Dr. Bennett mentors the men, she mentors their wives.

Instead of the regular monthly meetings, she will be hosting small group luncheons for the wives by invitation and as the need arises.
